They are also oil-resistant, heat-resistant, and acid/alkali resistant, ensuring precision in slitting thin and soft-surfaced materials.
We provide OEM and custom services based on technical drawings or samples. The processing accuracy of our blades and knives includes surface roughness of ≤0.002mm, flatness and parallelism of ≤0.001mm, and heat treatment hardness tailored to the blade material and cutting material thickness. Heat treatment methods include vacuum deoxidation treatment and salt bath furnace treatment.
