Adopted with qualified wear-resistant material and with processing of forging, heat treatment and grinding treatment, the slitting blades have the features of higher accuracy and wear-resistance, oil- resistance ,heat- resistance and acid /alkali resistance and can use for a long time without deformation, so as to ensure slitting accuracy ,especially for the slitting of thin material and the material with soft and sensitive surface.
We offer OEM service and custom service according to technical drawings or samples.
The procesing accuracy of slitting blades and knifes:
Surface roughness: ≤ 0.002mm
The flatness and parallelism: ≤ 0.001mm
Blades heat treatment hardness: based on blade material  and thickness of the cutting material
Heat treatment method:vacuum deoxidation treatment and salt bath furnace treatment.
